Rooibos tea was initially consumed almost exclusively in South Africa but is rapidly gaining global popularity. The tea is oxidised during processing which gives it a reddish-brown colour and enhances the flavour. It is usually consumed with milk and sugar.Rooibos Tea is indigenous to South Africa.
